Minge Reason: Ask several times to stop messing with players(Shooting Guns/Prop Push/Etc). Continued to do it

Why should your punishment be lifted, and why should we trust you after what you did? (Please elaborate - minimum effort will negatively affect your appeal): It's been 2 years since i've been minged, I did not see the warnings or know what was happening. Over time I have changed, I have learned my lesson throughout these years.

After spending time on the server with Dr. Bonk, I believe that 2 years has been more than enough to straighten him out. He is a very respectable member of the community, and I hope to see him unminged. +1 support

Lied, said he didn't see warnings. Also seemed like an ass, only going around asking for support, not doing anything that would gain respect. Seems like Michelle, Ez, Power, or Dman.
