In this situation, moe has abused an E2 known as "Helper 69 by Moe"
This E2, from what I have seen, creates a randomly scaled hologram of a target model, and places it at the same position of the target model.

He decided to use it on me as I was in PAC, so I warned him.
He stopped.
Moe admitted that he was minging using this E2.
Only to use it on StoneBana directly after warning.
I started a voteban.
It failed.


Did anyone else witness this incident, and if yes, who:

Note the 2 seperate holograms both using my playermodel.

Note how moe has spawned 2 of these E2s, this points to moe spawning 2 E2s just to minge me while I was in pac.

This is kinda funny, considering I was there. Moe did it once, then stopped. Also considering Drone constantly minges with his own E2s... He should also get banned if Moe is punished. Morphist was also there.

He literally spawned he e2 for like 5 seconds then deleted it, i dont find this complaint valid.(also you can always make a antinoclip box for pac)

I truly never liked Moe (or a)'s attitude, regardless of spawning it for 5 seconds. ITS. STILL. MINGE.
I would like to see how the two victims of his mingening felt.

Given the fact that Moe (aka STEAM_0:0:131204918) was give three warnings / bans (give or take) and is now using an e2 to purposely be mingy towards other players on the server. To me this constitutes Moe to be set to minge permanently until further notice and this is clearly unacceptable. Drone Soldier, you have my full +++Support.

what i had done was remove the holoVisible(1,players(),0) line so that it wouldn't hide the holo (which would show a slightly larger scaled model of the prop i was looking at, no matter the owner. I had put this in to show that it was the prop being looked at.). There is no randomness put in this e2, it's just a slightly larger holo. If asked, the name "Helper 69 by Moe" was a play on a name that Nappy had on an e2 of his own, "Helper 2" which would do the same sort of thing but without the holo.
The e2 was not made with malicious intent, it was for assisting with building only. Holos are completely physicsless and don't affect the prop it's being put onto.
To be clear, the reason i removed the line was because i was fucking around and wanted to see what i could do. I apologize for annoying you guys and I have never used it since.

Next, to address the previous votebans, i'd like to point out something about them all. They all happened several months ago, last year. I bought the game in June. 
First ban:

This was my first day playing the game. It was also my first day on the server. What i had done was weld a bus to a buggy and was driving around. There were no warnings before this voteban.

Second ban:
Ban Date: 06:40:54 PM, Friday, July 29, 2016
Reason: Vote Ban: spamming ships *Attempting to crash server*


A couple weeks later, i was learning the stacker tool. i stacked 10 hl2 fishing boats, and they stayed frozen. There were no warnings for this voteban either. There were 3 people on the server too, at most.

Third ban:

This ban happened a couple months later, and I had been playing music over voice (which is generally frowned upon, but most seem to not care.) and michellewink77 initiated the voteban. They provided no warning, and it was an even yes/no vote except for one or two, i forget.

Correct me if i am wrong on any of these reasons please.

I do admit i have done some stupid shit in previous times, but i have not been banned since. I enjoy this community and realize I do annoy some server members, I hope I(we) don't have any more problems in the future.

If you were just using the modified E2 and "trying to see what I could do", why did you use it over multiple instances, and not just once? surely you would have noticed it the first time. But instead, you used it multiple times, on many players, while they were all in PAC.

Accepted - 1 week ban

The reason for this ban is for abusing expression2 and for breaking rules #1 & #5 with prior past offenses.

This took a while to decide on, but with StoneBana's and everyone else's comments and thoughts on the matter, a decision was made. Taking into consideration that "a" is a dedicated player in this community, minge seemed too severe in this case. So, we elected for a 1 week ban instead.

This ban will be considered a last warning. If any further offenses arise after the ban has been lifted, the following punishment will be more severe or permanent.
