Adding a slightly better flatgrass

quite a few ppl like classic flatgrass for the sake of reflections and less to render than some other maps. If i made a slightly tweaked version (just adding a body of water) could we add it to the votemap list?

of course id have to re-learn how to use the map editor thing, but yeah

could we add it to the map list then? it'd be nice to make boats more often (on server 1, where ppl usually are)

We used to have Flatbuild (not PBS's) but nobody ever used it, so it was removed. There's already a lot of maps, so what tends to happen is only a small handful of them ever actually get used.
