I feel hesitant to vote against this player in light of the screenshot not actually including the dupes since only the constraint and prop count is visible - meaning it could merely be a matter of horrible building or an absurdly complex contraption. This in conjunction with a lack of proof that it was on purpose (no given chat records to prove since player did not talk, etc), makes it seem possible they could just be a dumb newbie.

With that being said they still did end up crashing the server and did indeed do this very shortly after joining (see top half of console screenshot). Despite that, I do not think a player should be permabanned over one offense and have decided in favor of the player in question. If this is not the only offense or there was/is other evidence against the player it should have been included in the post. Thus,

Punishment requests aren't just for permabans or bans at all. Can be temp banned or minged as well, just depends on the severity and history.
So if you're not supporting because of assuming this is a permaban, be aware that other punishments exist.

That being said - the player has only played for 3 minutes and no priors. Looking at the logs, they were essentially spamming Duplicator many dozen times. Due to tool time limits at his rank, only 1 in every 7-10 or so clicks actually spawned the dupe, but still caused severe lag. Pretty clear here they were spamming because they tried it for a whole 1-2 minutes.

While spamming, he even said "eat my shit fuck you".

So...this guy pretty much deserves to be minged.
