Wanted Warning Towards ItsCheezeStik

What did the other player(s) do that constitutes as mingey behavior: This may be a petty thing, but if there's at least warns or something, it'd be appreciated - The map was gm_carcon_ci, and I had a tram going slow (7/8mph from the screen if I remember), and Cheeze kept trying to derail my train, once via the orange (yellow?) thin PHX plate and proppushing, I didn't get that on video/screenshot so take that with a grain of salt - But he did make a small thing that went under the rails, went under my tram quickly, and had thrusters underneath (i'm guessing thrusters) to push my tram off. 

Did anyone else witness this incident, and if yes, who: Not really, there were I think a total of three other people, all doing their own thing.

If needed I can upload full quality, but this at least got the gist of what happened.

Again, apologies if this seemed petty, I don't want him kicked or banned - Just warned for his actions. He at least said sorry (Even though in my opinion if he was he wouldn't have done it), though he did kept doing it because "i need this to work at least once".

--Support...You went to the forums just for a warning, much rather than say it verbally in the server itself. You either care way too much about this, or may not understand exactly the appropriate way to handle a warning. Whether you're just easily triggered or genuinely don't quite know what to do, I think given the user has already admitted to doing dumb stuff when this happened, and also has only done prop pushing, I'd rather just let this go and we do things differently next time.

itsCheezeStik has a ban history and has been on thin ice since last April after a 5 day ban for minging even at a high rank.
Since it's almost been a year and this is the first thing that has come up since then, this is not the final straw, but still taken into consideration.

You're butting in rather rudely here, Fari. Alynn did essentially tell itsCheezeStik to stop in-game.
Considering Cheeze's ban history, reporting this incident is useful in determining whether further action needs to be taken. You shouldn't discourage someone from reporting mingey behavior.

Watching the video and reading the chat logs, it's pretty clear how stupid Cheeze's actions were, and once again, should know better after nearly 1000 hours on the server.
The response "i was using the prop to see if it was all welded or parented" while essentially prop pushing, instead of simply asking the creator, shows Cheeze still lacks maturity and has mingey behavior.

Since this report has been opened, both Mangoes and Windows are claiming Cheeze has also been prop pushing them. If this is true, it's pretty clear that further action should be taken.

I haven't gotten a video nor a picture for it, but I can confirm he did do it, the only reason I didn't save the video was because he only did it once to me and didn't think he was doing it on purpose, when I said "can you stop proppushing" and his reply was "no I cannot" made me think that he was just joking around until he started proppushing others, at that point my recording software didn't go that far and didn't manage to capture it. Now that I see there is a punishment request on this made me regret not saving the video. If this helps, here is a photo of the chat log on when I told him to not proppush:

id just like to say that again im sorry for messing with ur stuff i was just trying to be playful and mess around a little but i understand not everyone feels the same about that type of stuff. i didnt really have any mal intent was just being a dumbass for lack of a better word.
