Ughh.. I'm really in two minds about this. And I don't give a damn about the "Toxicity" bullshit since I literally could care less about someone making a jackass of themselves so that's got nothing to do with my response here.

On one hand, You've been on the server this long and haven't realised that there is an anti-pac theft script that automatically bans players and their alts when triggered? Even without knowing, you didn't suddenly remember that regardless of permission, use of a theft script is a potentially bannable offense? And above all of that, all bans are carried over across alts as well? It boggles my mind on why on earth NEITHER you, or Napalm took this into consideration. I'm not here to berate your actions, but this was obviously going to happen even WITH permission.

On the other hand, I can't immediately just say that I can prove your intent as malicious due to Napalm admitting his involvement and giving consent. You have evidence that your initial intent was simply curiosity. But that just leads to the same problem of "How did you not know this was going to happen" and above that: How can I in particular trust your two's word on this regardless? These are tools that don't belong on the server and I don't quite understand why you would make use of them THERE. This is clearly the wrong environment to even attempt to use them in, and as someone who's already had his PACs stolen 3 times so far, I don't particularly take kindly to those who "Just try it for curiosity/fun/to get a reaction." 

I find it impossible for me to remotely leave a support on this case because it's simply too obvious that this was going to be the outcome, and you're using a script when so many newcomers on the server already attempt to do so, and/or are already begging for other people's work to the point where they can't be fucked to learn and just wish to steal.

-Neutral. I simply cannot trust your intent, and you should've done the smarter thing to NOT do it on the server, OR EVEN DO IT AT ALL. As I said, I don't care for this whole toxicity shit so I wouldn't care if you were unbanned for that reason.

But if I see any of my stuff in your hands, I'll see to it personally that you're off this server for good.

Please understand I don't go around stealing PAC outfits or even have a want to do so, I truly am capable of making my own. I gained nothing from what I did and never should of did what I did.

My actions caused my ban. Thomas made it clear.

1) Download a script to bypass the convar
2) Download the PAC stealing script
3) Join the server on an alternate account
4) Bypass the clientside lua convar while in-game to run the PAC script
5) Run the PAC stealing script in-game

All I did was follow steps to try to get results to what me and napalm talked about, and that was to see if I could take his PAC. The outcome was me getting banned.
Two guys talked, One guy took action. Its nothing to do with my behavior.

Not sure what else to say.
Sorry for the actions I took, Im not a PAC stealer or some random person who just thought he could try stealing PACs. Im an idiot who did something stupid.
I hope this clears things up for you and other people.

I've been seeing alot of people coming on here that I rarely interact with that have such strong opinions about me and who aren't talking about the appeal  and my actions regarding the appeal. To reiterate what had happen, Myself and  Napalm(OOF) we talked about the possibility of me taking  Napalms PAC outfit and how easy it would be. ( As in another player doing it and not for my own benefit ) , I decided to take action and made an attempt to do what we had talked about. It lead to be getting banned on a alt account. The alt account was due to fear of getting my main account VAC banned. It was not to avoid punishment. At the time I didn't know that the server had an automated system that would ban players leading to me getting banned. I was not trying to avoid server punishment. I don't deny doing it, but I never had the intentions to steal. I did only what me and napalm talked about. So there is no reason why someone has to post things that I've done in the past or PAC outfits. It turning this appeal into who thinks kurtis is a bad person.

My opinion is based on that past event because it was recent, only being a few months.
And just because you don't remember me is a pathetic excuse why my stance shouldn't matter. I also infact did blacklist your PACs, however, that does not refrain me from voicing my opinion on their borderline NSFW and edginess

But going forward I wanted to make up with him, and these messages are what he sent me. If you have any questions or still don't believe me, please just tell me.

I only just saw this message now. I don't mean to be that kinda guy but unless you actually have a diagnosed mental illness, you probably shouldn't be making the decision to end your life partially based around somebody you barely know, who you've probably never met irl, who's just some random player online, who's more or less should be a non-factor of your life. Unfortunately as much as it's the truth, this topic also isn't very appropriate to talk about on a forum post for a Gmod Sandbox Server. You should probably be seeking advice elsewhere than online if you're really feeling that way, but you probably shouldn't be letting a single person, regardless of any toxicity, even close to make you feel that way. Seek help please, don't use it as a reason to keep someone banned. That's just inappropriate.

Personally I don't involve myself in any mob mentality the rest of the server may have, I consider my response a justified one, entirely my opinion alone, and will keep it at that. I don't want anything to do with anybody else's opinions, and I want to keep it professional. Overall at the end of the day, I'm playing on a Gmod server, I have very little care about anybody's drama about this whole thing. I'll have no part in it, and simply stand by what I said.

Unfortunately as much as it's the truth, this topic also isn't very appropriate to talk about on a forum post for a Gmod Sandbox Server. You should probably be seeking advice elsewhere than online if you're really feeling that way, but you probably shouldn't be letting a single person, regardless of any toxicity, even close to make you feel that way. Seek help please, don't use it as a reason to keep someone banned. That's just inappropriate.
