Why should your punishment be lifted, and why should we have to trust you after what you did? (Elaborate - minimum effort will not be tolerated): It's been a year since I got banned, and I want a second chance. I want to see this community in this state, I've been missing out.

You did not put any effort into this and that doesn't seem without reason. You seem like a minge that is just trying to get back to doing the same thing you did before. You racked up 9 bans over the course of 1 year ranging from 1 hour to 1 week. You had plenty of warnings to tell you what you were doing was wrong and you knew that yet continued to do so. You barely even listed why we should trust you or why you should be unbanned outside of that it's been a year. It has been a year for a reason, it's a permanent ban it's going to go on for a while. You didn't even attempt to list your steamID (STEAM_0:1:94044683) which is clearly listed on the appeal formatting page where and how to get it. You didn't even attempt to list your current steam username (sniper monkey) which yet again is listed on the formatting page. You didn't attempt to list the admin's name and reason which yet again is listed on the formating page very clearly on how to do so, you just listed "forgor", like dude come on. You do not deserve to be unbanned after this horrendous effort at an appeal.

I dont know how to check what admin banned me and i tried to put my steam id but i had no idea how to check it. i tried following some guides but it didnt work (am i missing something). just to say that i changed over the course of a year and i moved past ijwtb, and i want to see it again. i was both an actual member (150 hours i think) and annoying at the same time (9 bans or some shit).
