What did the other player(s) do that constitutes as mingey behavior:
Being extremely toxic to other players even after the entire server told him to stop. Minor racism and nationalism(Insulting foreign member's accents). This entire thing has happened for more than a week across various sessions in voice chat.

For context, Gronk was not saying those things himself, simply proving a point. Making sure people do not get the wrong idea and take Gronk out of context.

Wormyish is an ass. I don't have any screenshots personally but I have seen him multiple times going after users on the server over small things
Dude went on a 10 minute rant at one point about some dudes train because it was lagging him out (nobody else was even lagging)

Not only did he rant during that, he also starting actively raising bridges as soon as the guy's train was going over them.

I don't have any screenshots that show anything new but they have been a major annoyance to a lot of players on the server, and tries to change the topic a ton.

Wormy Has Been extremely toxic to players on the basis that "The server isn't like what it used to be" and "People are so rude and dumb now", Even though he has less than 100 hours in 9 years and We were just talking in Voice chat. Also one day, He gave out a recipe for a real life Weapon and Had a Frequent use of the F-Slur. He also demands everyone to stop talking and chatting or halting the server for his own Rants about Government Cover-ups and stuff like that.

Truthfully, from KIT KAT and a couple of others, I've heard nothing but bad things. I don't usually give a shit about server drama unless someone's openly being a daft cunt, but this is certainly beginning to sound like the situation of "someone being a daft cunt" indeed. I've not really talked at all to the guy personally, but judging from what I'm hearing and seeing, Fuck if I'm going to ever want to at this rate.

Boldly claimed that he was banned from multiple servers as if to show off(?) and said "you think this is the first time this happened?". 

Also talks about 'freedom of speech' but when someone speaks their opinion, proceeds to tell them to 'shut the f#ck up, let me speak' despite already saying his piece.

I was within the argument with him the night that happened also I've seen him in the server before about a year ago and he was nothing like this

He seems to get pissy and complain about the smallest of things, also he seems to change topics quite frequently for example: When we exposed the fact that he's homophobic he purposely changed the topic to Rick and Morty for some reason??

Also that same night he pretty much yelled at everyone for some obscure reason or no reason at all, I even tried to agree with him on something however he simply yelled at me to shut the fuck up and that was the last straw with not just me but everyone on at the time.

Also when we exposed the fact that he's homophobic he tried to argue against and say "Homophobic means you are afraid of gay people not against it" even after we showed him the literal definition of the word, he also seems to be racist because he listened to Callie (aka C a l l i e . s u c c) and doesn't seem to be very fond of him because of his accent.

Also this isn't the first time he's yelled at me to shut up, you see I admit I can be very loud and obnoxious and I simply continue to do so unless pretty much everyone tells me to stop. However if only one person is telling me to stop and everyone else says don't stop, then I'll continue. This happened 4 days ago and well he was the only one telling me to stop and yet other people were doing the same thing I was doing and he never yelled at them he only yelled at me. And everyone well told him there's a mute button and well he refused to use it. Then the next day he kept burping into his mic and well everyone and even me was telling him to stop and even said that it's payback.

He has also admitted that he has been banned from multiple other servers for being homophobic and racist.
He even seems proud of it too, not too sure though but judging from his voice he seemed proud.

Now to conclude: I personally think he should be punished is some sort of way for his actions really so

So far, he's been a jerk to a lot of people and myself included. Condescending in some way and wants to take others players stuff "to add more detail", I've refused multiple times that I did not want to give away my stuff and still wouldn't take no for an answer. Some instances he's gotten into some problematic conversations but I have yet to obtain any evidence of it.

I think that's about all I was looking for in terms of support. 95% of all of this happens in voice chat and therefore most likely cannot be produced as physical evidence. 

Up to the admins now whether the overwhelming amount of support is enough or not.
